GRAND RAPIDS, Minn. - A teen reported missing in northern Minnesota Monday has been located and is safe.
Bali Mariah Frazer, age 17, was last seen on Monday at 12:15 pm after leaving a meeting in Grand Rapids, and as of late Tuesday had not been heard from since. Investigators revealed that Bali does have a history of running away, but added that her life has stabilized and to disappear is out of character for her.
Itasca County investigators revealed no details in Wednesday's news release, only sharing that Frazer had been found safe.
