MINNEAPOLIS - The Minnesota Timberwolves held an event Monday that had nothing to do with Jimmy Butler.
Taking a page from other stadiums both locally, and nationally, the Target Center is utilizing culinary talents within the Twin Cities to build a menu for both the general concessions and their premium menus in order to make attending a game more of comprehensive experience.
While the Twin Cities are known for its high-quality restaurant offerings, Executive Chef David Fhima believes Target Center should be a destination for dining, as well. His approach to revamping the menu was to create a balance of highly delicious options that also leave fans feeling good about the sourcing of those ingredients.
With the help of such returning heavy hitters as the deliciously famous Parlour Burger, sushi burritos from SotaRol and the famous walleye sandwich from Lord Fletcher's and a newcomer, Cargo Food Authority, Fhima said he believes they've achieved that goal.
Here's what fans can expect ...
