GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - An Orono Middle Schoolstudent's goaltoshare her love ofbooks with children around the worldrecently became a reality.
A few years ago, Maria Keller created Read Indeed,a non-profit organization dedicated to collecting books and distributing them to children in need. Maria's goalwas to collect 1,000,000 books and distribute them to children by the time she is 18.
Earlier this month, she reached that goal five years ahead of schedule.
Maria's next goal: to get books into every school in the world.
