Minnesota Rep. Dean Phillips announced on social media that he laid off "a lot of staff members" on Friday after struggling to raise money for a presidential bid.

But that doesn't mean he's out of the race.

Throughout his campaign, Phillips has said that most Americans are "disgusted" with Donald Trump and see President Joe Biden as too old to run again. In his social media video, he reiterated that message along with a guarantee to keep his name in the hat.

The congressman has taken disappointing primary losses, garnering 19.6% in New Hampshire and 1.7% in South Carolina.

"I'm going to continue this journey as long as you want this journey continued," Phillips said to his online followers.

Minnesota's primary takes place on March 5. For more information, head to the Secretary of State website
