CHICAGO — Gov. Tim Walz has been in the national spotlight for weeks. Even before Kamala Harris named him as her running mate for this November's presidential election, Walz was making the rounds on several national programs.
On Monday, Walz was back at it, doing a national interview with MSNBC when his kids — Hope and Gus — saw an opening. They had the opportunity to pull one over on their dad in front of a national audience... so they went for it.
The two siblings gave their dad, the Democratic vice presidential candidate, bunny ears while he was doing a live interview with MSNBC's Jacob Soboroff.
"My kids keep me humble," Walz posted on social media.
Walz isn't scheduled to speak until Wednesday night, so there's still plenty of time for another prank or two along the way.
