ST. PAUL - Protesters called for police accountability after prosecutors decided not to file charges this week in an officer-involved shooting.
Several groups rallied for Cordale Handy in St. Paul Sunday afternoon.
Handy was shot back in March as St. Paul police responded to a domestic violence call.
This week, the Ramsey County attorney said the use of force was justified. But protesters say it should have been treated as a mental health situation instead of using force.
