GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- KARE 11 Sports Anchor Randy Shaver dropped by the show this morning to offer up his take on the 68 teams competing in this year's NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
Randy says he likes Wisconsin over Montana in the first round, but said he thinks the Badgers will lose to Vanderbilt - his upset special - in the second round.
