MINNEAPOLIS - Goodbye Ruby Tuesday -- or at least most of them.
Late last week, the restaurant chain announced they would be closing 95 of its underperforming locations by the end of the year.
And in the Twin Cities, it appears that's all but four spots.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reports the only remaining locations will be the one at Rosedale Mall, Edina, Shakopee and Inver Grove Heights. On the Ruby Tuesday website, those four were the only locations listed in Minnesota.
Other previous spots -- one at Mall of America, Eden Prairie, Apple Valley, Eden Prairie and Plymouth, to name a few -- are reportedly either closing soon or have already shuttered.
