BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn - Police are searching for the person who shot two people late Tuesday night.
Around 11:45 p.m. officers in Brooklyn Center responded to the 7000 block of Humboldt Avenue North on reports of a shooting.
When arriving on scene, police found a man with a gunshot wound to the face.
While attending to that man, police were alerted of another victim, reportedly shot in the same incident, being treated at a hospital. Police say the woman was shot in the chest area.
Both victims are expected to survive.
Police are searching for the shooter, but they say there is no danger to the public.
