FRIDLEY, Minn. — The Fridley Police Department is investigating a shooting Thursday evening that left a teenager dead.

Around 5:45 p.m. Thursday, a person called 911 to report someone pounding on their door in the 6100 block of 5th Street N.E. in Fridley. Dispatchers received another call a short time later with someone reporting gunshots.

Officers arrived to find a 17-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to HCMC where the young man was pronounced dead. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office later identified him as Keimonte Raclaud White from Minneapolis.
