Police recovered the body of a woman that went missing alongside a man Christmas Eve.
The couple was reported missing at 1 p.m. in Babbitt.
Kenneth Wildenauer, 60, of Cloquet was reported missing after not showing up to work. First responders found his vehicle along with a vehicle that belonged to Debbie Senarighi, 60, of Cloquet outside of Wildenauer's cabin in Babbitt.
The St. Louis County Rescue Squad located Senarighi's body in White Iron Lake at around 11:30 p.m.
Police said it appears the couple's snowmobile broke through thin ice.
Rescuers are actively searching the area in attempts to locate Wildenauer.
