GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. – Millions around the world were touched by the story of Zach Sobiech and were first introduced to him through his uplifting song, "Clouds." And since Zach has passed away after a valiant fight with cancer, his mother, Laura Sobiech, has gone on to write a memoir about Zach's story called, Fly a Little Higher: How God Answered a Mom's Small Prayer in a Big Way.
"Zach's story is not just about music. It's a testament to what can happen when you live as if each day might be your last. It's a story about the human spirit. It's about how God used a dying boy from a small town in Minnesota to touch the hearts of millions—including top executives in the music industry, major music artists, news anchors, talk show hosts, actors, priests and pastors, and school children across the globe," she states on her website.
Sobiech will host a book signing at the Mall of America rotunda on Sunday, May 4 from 1 – 4 p.m. Special guests include performances by Sammy Brown, Zach's former bandmate, and KS95 DJs who will host a Q&A with Sobiech.
