As he has for decades, KARE 11's Randy Shaver has compiled a list of the top prep football players in the greater Twin Cities metro for his 2019 Preseason All-Metro team. You can expect to hear many of these names repeatedly as Randy embarks on his 36th year producing and hosting the KARE 11 Prep Sports Extra.
