MINNESOTA, USA — The Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) announced the new team jerseys Tuesday, and we now know what colors to don when cheering on Minnesota.

The inaugural season of the new professional hockey league will feature six teams — located in Boston, Minnesota, Montreal, New York, Ottawa and Toronto. Players report for training camp on Wednesday and hit the ice soon after, so naturally, teams will be suiting up in fresh uniforms.

Minnesotans will be cheering on the... drumroll please... purple, black and white! MN teammates gave the jerseys a stylish debut on the team's X account.

Teams will wear darker-colored jerseys for home games and lighter-colored jerseys for away games. As for the other five teams, here's what they'll be sporting:

As for the talent? Minnesota's team has Lake City native Taylor Heise alongside top-flight free agents Kelly Pannek, Kendall Coyne Schofield and Lee Steckein.

Open play is set to begin in January.
