GOLDEN VALLEY, Minnesota — With baseball benched for the time being in the Twin Cities another game has emerged. The largest wiffle ball league in the country - the HRL - commenced their season on Monday night in Hopkins and Eagan.
Due to COVID-19 the amount of teams and players has dropped slightly but they still will get over 100 players on 15 different teams this year.
It’s baseball but with a different spin and it brings out some ex-college players and even a former pro.
