How to watch the Vikings home opener

Whether you like to watch the game in-person or on the couch, you've got options.

MINNEAPOLIS — The autumn leaves are changing and so is your TV channel — it's football season!

The Vikings are undefeated after Week 1 against the New York Giants, and they're looking for a repeat this Sunday at home against the San Francisco 49ers.

Whether you prefer to watch at the stadium, a local pub or from the comfort of your couch, here's everything you need to know about this year's home opener.

U.S. Bank Stadium

The home opener takes place at noon on Sunday and tickets are still available. Prices start at $120 and can be purchased on Ticketmaster

If you're planning to drive to the game, check out Park Whiz. You can input U.S. Bank Stadium and check out parking options for Sunday ahead of time.

Parking garages and ramps start at $15 and range up to $56, so make sure to explore your options for the best prices.

If you're planning to commute to the event, Metro Transit offers six-hour passes which allow more than enough time to get to and from the game. For more information on public transportation, click here

Watch parties

If you brave the game-time traffic in downtown Minneapolis, Tom's Watch Bar is a great option to grab a bite to eat without taking your eyes off the ball.

Utepils in north Minneapolis will host a watch party as well as a raffle. The prizes range from free beer to merchandise.

In Plymouth, Sunshine Factory Bar & Grill is hosting specials every Sunday to celebrate the Vikes.
