LONDON, UK — The Minnesota Vikings are putting on a show in London, and receiver Justin Jefferson has done his part.

The All-Pro receiver hauled in four passes for 61 yards in the first half, while also drawing two pass interference penalties and an illegal contact to help the Vikings jump out to a 17-7 lead over the New York Jets at halftime.

Jefferson had a hunch the team would come out strong Sunday morning, telling Vikings great Cris Carter before the game to "have your popcorn ready."

The Vikings posted a video on social media of Jefferson stretching with the Hall of Famer, telling him to watch out for the Vikings as they prepared for their international game at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in London.

The show started with an early interception by Vikings linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel, who took the ball 63 yards for the game's first touchdown. It was Van Ginkel's second touchdown of the season, making him the second player in team history to intercept two passes for scores in the same season.

Minnesota fullback C.J. Ham supplied a few fireworks of his own with his first touchdown of the season to give Minnesota a 17-0 lead late in the second quarter.

The Jets got on the board when quarterback Aaron Rodgers connected with receiver Allen Lazard in the end zone for the late score, but the Vikings still maintained a two-score edge into the break.
