MINNEAPOLIS — A court hearing following Minnesota Vikings receiver Jordan Addison's July arrest was pushed back to December, according to ESPN's Kevin Seifert.

The second-year receiver was scheduled to make an appearance in court on Monday after being charged with two misdemeanors stemming from a DUI arrest in California, but Seifert reported that court records showed the hearing was pushed back to Dec. 3.

Addison was arrested July 12 at around 11:30 p.m. after the California Highway Patrol said they found Addison asleep behind the wheel on an interstate near Los Angeles International Airport. Addison was eventually charged with two misdemeanors — driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit of .08%.

Addison could be suspended for three games for his first criminal offense involving alcohol abuse, per NFL policy. Last month, the second-year receiver expressed remorse, saying that he was in a "dark place" and would accept any disciplinary action that the team or league handed down.

"Whatever's out there for me, I'm going to stand on all 10, take whatever comes with it," Addison said. "I'll own up to everything, and I feel like anything that come my way is meant to happen or is deserved, so I'll do what I've got to do."

Addison pleaded guilty last summer after he was cited for driving 140 mph in a 55 zone on I-94 through St. Paul. Alcohol was not a factor, but he was ordered to pay a fine of $686 and had his driver's license revoked for six months.

Addison and the Vikings were in London over the weekend for a game Sunday against the New York Jets. Addison finished with just three catches for 36 yards, but the Vikings were able to win 23-17 to remain unbeaten entering the bye week.

This season, Addison has nine catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. He missed two games after injuring his ankle opening week against the New York Giants.
