JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones returned to Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars after getting injured on a run late in the third quarter.
The 29-year-old running back injured his chest on a 7-yard run with under 5 minutes to play in the third quarter. He went to the sideline before being carted back to the locker room early in the fourth quarter.
Jones then returned to the field with less than 4 minutes to play in the game and carried the ball twice on a drive that ultimately ended in a punt. Jones has 80 yards on 15 carries and two catches for 13 yards before leaving the game.
