HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre is enjoying his retirement in Mississippi and tells KARE 11 sports director Eric Perkins he is looking forward to his iconic #4 jersey being retired by the Green Bay Packers later this year.

Favre says the upcoming jersey retirement ceremony in Green Bay "had to happen" and he is looking forward to returning to where it all began.
