MINNEAPOLIS - U.S. Bank Stadium is ready to host 64,000 fans at concerts, events and of course, Minnesota Vikings games. But how will you get there? Where will you park? And what about tailgating?

Worry not, we've got you covered. Find out all the information you need to know to navigate the new stadium, parking, public transportation and yes, game-day tailgating.

Parking

-- There are more than 32,000 parking spots available for fans within a 20-minute walk to the stadium.

-- The downtown area near the stadium has been broken up into four parking zones -- each with thousands of parking spots and catered to the fans coming from that direction. The blue zone, for example, is for those coming in from the south metro on I-35W. Those coming in from the north are encouraged to park in the gold zone, the red zone is for fans coming from the west and the purple zone for those coming in from the east.

-- The capacity of those parking ramps and lots have been planned based on the number of people likely traveling from those areas of the metro.
