MINNEAPOLIS - Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve appears to be staying in Minnesota for years to come.
Reeve confirmed to KARE 11's Dave Schwartz in a text message Monday evening that she has agreed, in principle, to a contract extension.
The Star Tribune reported Monday that the contract will be a multi-year deal. The contract could be signed and formally announced sometime this week.
Reeve has won three WNBA titles in six season with the Lynx.
