BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. — Interstate 94 in Brooklyn Center was closed Friday morning after a semi rolled over, spilling its contents across the westbound lanes.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Honda spun out on the ramp before the semi-truck hit it and then rolled. The Honda driver, a 19-year-old woman, and semi driver, a 42-year-old man, were both transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
If you're heading out on the roads on Friday, the State Patrol said it expected the spill would take some time to clean up. Southbound Highway 252 to eastbound I-94, and northbound to westbound I-94 remain closed as of 10:30 a.m.
