MINNEAPOLIS — Sun Country Airlines announced it will offer its passengers a full Midwestern experience by serving up local menu items and featuring Minnesota-themed entertainment.
The airline, based out of Minnesota, will offer items from local favorites like Caribou Coffee and Fulton Brewing, while passengers who purchase "best seats" tickets will also receive a complimentary bag of Dot's Pretzels.
For those looking for entertainment aboard their flight, Sun Country says it will present 15 free, Minnesota-themed movies including "Purple Rain," "The Mighty Ducks" and "Grumpy Old Men."
A "Hometown Flavor Bundle" will save you $1 by purchasing any snack, along with any Minnesota beer or liquor.
Sun Country flies more than 95 routes throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
