Any passengers who booked tickets to or from Orlando, Florida (MCO) or Fort Myers, Florida (RSW) can rebook to another flight with no fee if:
- Original tickets were bought before Aug. 28, 2019
- Travel was originally for Sept. 2, 2019
- New travel starts by Sept. 9, 2019

Tickets are still nonrefundable and have to be departing and arriving in the original city. They can't be rebooked once the original departure time has passed. The waiver also does not apply to any changes made earlier than 5 p.m. CT on Aug. 28.
