Diving into the Great Barrier Reef is quite the experience.
It's the largest organism on the planet, about the size of California, stretching along the northeast coast of Australia.
The diversity of fish and animal species is almost unmatched.
Corals in the reef are dying quickly, though, due to rapidly warming ocean temperatures.
To truly see just how big the reef is and how diverse it is, you have to get in the air.
