ST PAUL, Minn. — Officials charged an 18-year-old with second-degree manslaughter for a shooting that left one dead Monday afternoon in St. Paul's Union Park neighborhood.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, officers were called to an apartment on the 1900 block of Marshall Avenue just after 2 p.m. Monday. When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Omar Noor Nunow with a gunshot wound to his head. Medics arrived, but Nunow died at the scene.
A handgun was found at the apartment, police said.
