GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — The slick new production of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA returns to Minneapolis as part of the 2019-2020 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season, running tonight through December 1 at the historic Orpheum Theatre.
Based on the classic novel Le Fantome de L’Opera by Gaston Leroux, PHANTOM tells the story of a masked figure who lurks beneath the catacombs of the Paris Opera House. He falls in love with the young, innocent soprano, Christine, and devotes himself to create a new star by employing all the devious methods at his command.
The Phantom Of The Opera is being performed through December 1 at Minneapolis historic Orpheum Theatre.
