The condition of the skater injured over the weekend during a Disney on Ice performance at the Target Center is improving as she continues to recover at HCMC.

An official with Hennepin Healthcare said Thursday her condition has been upgraded to "satisfactory" after falling Saturday while performing as Belle from "Beauty and the Beast."

The 31-year-old performer said she was "feeling better" in an Instagram post Thursday while thanking people for all of their support. In the post, she's lying in a hospital bed while holding roses, a stuffed bear and a drawing of Belle — the character she was portraying in the show.

"So much love from all my coworkers from all around the world," the post reads. "I have never felt so loved in my life. Thank you everyone for all the kind wishes and prayers and thoughts. Already feeling better and can't wait to see all your faces and hold you all tight."

A Disney on Ice spokesperson confirmed the injured performer is not a local Minnesota skater who is with the production, adding that the company "appreciates the well wishes from our fans as our team member recovers."
