FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — The Minnesota State Fair is a well-known destination for deep-fried deliciousness, but the team from Lulu's Public House may have one of the most unique items yet.
Deep-Fried Ranch is described as "a creamy mixture of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, seasonings, buttermilk and cream cheese, stuffed in a crispy panko-breaded shell, and deep fried golden brown. Served with hot honey made with Cry Baby Craig’s hot sauce from Faribault and Minnesota-grown honey."
Fairgoers can try out four pieces for $12.
In addition to Deep-Fried Ranch, Lulu's Public House is also debuting a PB&J biscuit, which includes a biscuit from Betty & Earl's in Roseville "infused with peanut butter and jelly, smothered with strawberry jam, topped with peanut crunch."
Lulu's has also teamed up with the Schell's booth for new ciders, beers and slushies.
You can find Lulu's Public House in the West End Market off Dan Patch Ave.
