The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the 16-year-old victim as Chardid Hachi Farah of Minneapolis.

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — Another teen has died after a deadly shooting that claimed the life of a 16-year-old on Halloween.

According to Brooklyn Park police, officers were sent to the 7200 block of Zane Avenue North just after 5 p.m. on Oct. 31 for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on that night, they found two juveniles who had been shot.

Despite lifesaving efforts, 16-year-old Diriye Abdi Muhumed of Brooklyn Park died at the scene while the other was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.

On Sunday, officials identified the second victim as 16-year-old Chardid Hachi Farah of Minneapolis.

Brooklyn Park Police previously said that several suspects fled the scene on foot following the shooting. Officers conducted what they call a "comprehensive" search of the area but were not able to locate the shooter or shooters.

Anyone with information on the fatal shooting or those responsible to call Brooklyn Park PD at 763-493-8222.
