WEATHER: Less windy tomorrow

An overall quiet and mostly cloudy forecast, with another shot of colder air the week of Thanksgiving.

MINNESOTA, USA — The clouds and gusty northwest winds are hanging tough, but both should fade heading into Friday. Expect gradual clearing later in the day tomorrow, with much less wind.

Temperatures will remain seasonal through the weekend, and an overall quiet forecast. Do expect more clouds than sun, but not much is forecast to fall from the sky at least through Sunday.

If you're headed out to a deer stand in Wisconsin for the opener, you can plan on mostly cloudy weather, a bit more sun to the north, and seasonal temps ranging from the upper 30s to the lower 40s both Saturday and Sunday. Wind will be light from the west on Saturday, and light from the east on Sunday.

A couple weak systems will brush by Sunday night and again early Wednesday. Each could provide us with some light snow chances, but nothing super significant. Also, temps will take another hit, with daytime highs likely staying below freezing all of next week.

A sneak peek at Thanksgiving Day looks chilly, with a few snow flurries possible. Right now, we're not looking at anything that would impact travel.

That being said, long-range forecast models have yet even colder air arriving as we wrap up November. Ski resorts and early-ice fisherman should start getting excited!
