ROSEAU COUNTY, Minn. — One person is dead and another is being treated at a local hospital after a fire Tuesday morning in northern Minnesota.
According to the Roseau County Sheriff's Office, fire officials were called to a report of a house fire just south of Warroad at the junction of County Road 12 and County Road 5. Officials say a woman was pronounced dead at the scene and a man was transported to Lifecare Medical Center in Roseau to be treated for his injuries. The extent of the man's injuries is unknown.
